Shipping Times
I ship all products with USPS. Time to drop off your order at the post office varies from same day to about a week depending on how much work they take to make and when you place your order. Please visit my Etsy shop to order online: Tom's Earring Holders on Etsy
During busy times and when I have shows, processing time will increase. Please get your order in early when a holiday is approaching! If you need something in a hurry or have specific delivery requirements please let me know so I can try to accommodate your order.
I offer USPS Priority and Parcel Post depending on your location and the package size/weight. Priority will generally get there in 2-3 days while Parcel Post will generally take 2-5 days and occasionally longer since delivery times aren't guaranteed for Parcel Post. In general, items shipped within the northeast US will get there in few days with either method.

Sales Tax Information
Tom's Earring Holders charges Sales Tax for purchases shipped to addresses in the state of Massachusetts Only.
Return Policy
Call (413)-527-8253 for instructions prior to returning any product. All unopened containers may be returned
within 30 days of order, freight pre-paid, for a full refund of the purchase price and
sales tax minus S&H fees. Products returned must be in resalable condition. Products purchased over 30 days may be exchanged for other products only, less a 30 percent
restocking fee.
